Carman is the founder and CEO of Premier Circulation Services (PCS). Carman has a long and distinguished track record of success in the telemarketing industry, particularly as it relates to acquisition and retention strategies for newspaper publishers. For 20 years Carman helped Circulation Development, Inc. (CDI) grow into one of the nation’s largest providers of marketing services to newspapers. He not only led CDI in the area of business development, but he also played a crucial role in client relations and the supervision of its various call centers.
In 2013 Carman decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning his own business. He wanted to create a company that provided cutting-edge, turnkey solutions to help newspaper clients succeed in today’s marketplace. His vision was to create a company that provided low-cost, high-quality marketing solutions to the challenges facing newspaper publishers today. And with that, PCS was born.
In a few short years, Carman increased PCS’ client base and its services. Today, PCS serves over 40 clients across the nation and counting. In addition to the telemarketing services that PCS initially offered, Carman has added demographic data services, direct mail, and ad hoc marketing design to PCS’ suite of services.
